I tried to translate it.
To tell the truth, I can't satisfy about the quality of this translation.

This text is originally designed for general people.
In the text there are many word "heaven", "hell", "karma".
Actually, zen Buddhism doesn't related about these concepts.
Hakuin-zenji used these words for general people.
But maybe easy to understanding.
