Sei Gen Fu Sho - Fourteen -

When you move your foot, stay your mind. When you move your mind, stay your foot. Originally, in ancient Japanese, KOKORO(心, mind) came from the sound of rolling sphere. Therefore, when you step, you have to stay your KOKORO to aim at the target. On the other hand, when you move your KOKORO, you have to spread it. Because, if you concentrate your KOKORO, enemy can search your purpose easily.
